Upcoming Event: Steve Gamel Writing Workshops, Class No. 14

Your book doesn't need to collect dust in a desk drawer. It deserves to see the light of day. So, please join us on April 10 for How To Get Your Book Published.

This class is perfect for anyone who dreams of writing and publishing a book!

If I Can Write and Publish a Book, So Can You!

I don't know how accurate this statistic still is, but as recently as 2019, 97% of people who talk about writing a book (or have started writing a book) don't actually finish! The goal of our March class last week was to share actionable tips, tricks, and life hacks to keep you from contributing to this shocking statistic.

We had people from all walks of life and professional pursuits in the room—not just writers looking to tackle their first book, but also financial professionals, photographers, songwriters, and even an antique store owner. Many of them fully intend to come back for Part 2 in April!

I've had more than a handful of conversations with aspiring authors since my book, Write Like You Mean It: Mastering Your Passion For The Written Word, was published. I've got plenty to share because I've always believed the worst thing any professional writer can do is spend decades perfecting their craft only to keep all those trade secrets, tips, tricks, and life hacks to themselves. We should educate and inspire the next generation, relying on our successes and failures to share what works, what doesn't, and how to steer others in the right direction.

It's the reason I wrote my book and started these writing workshops.

For now, these writing workshops are in-person events only. Space is also limited. So, if you're interested in joining us, please don't wait until the last minute. The QR code/link to register is in the image above, and the cost is $59 per person.

The cost covers light snacks, an excellent presentation, Q&A time, and networking. I will also have copies of my book available for purchase.

I can't wait to see you on April 10.

Thank you for reading!
